We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Refunds will be provided if a product is faulty and we do not have a suitable replacement.
In all other cases, we will happily provide an exchange or store credit.
You MUST use our online portal to manage your return. You will need to create a customer account to manage your return.
To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
Once approved, please send your item to our warehouse.
including your receipt and details of your exchange/return request.
Once your item has been received we will ship your replacement item or provide your credit within 14 working days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns due to change of mind or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 days of receipt of your return. Refunds will only be given in the case of if a product is faulty and we do not have a suitable replacement. All change of mind or incorrect sized items will be offered an exchange or store credit.
